LIFENGYUANDA STEEL GROUP INTRODUCTION

Lida Steel Group, has been set up for 14 years. We own five subsidiary companies, and with 3000 employees as well as 3.5 billion RMB capital asset. Our group owned 16 product lines for producing high frequency welding pipes (Æ21.3mm-Æ339.7mm). 8 product lines for heat galvanized pipes (Æ21.3mm-Æ219.1mm) and 6 for steel and plastic compound pressure pipes (Æ 21.3mm-Æ168.3mm). Our annual output value of high frequency welding longitudinal pipe is 1,000,000 tons and 400,000 tons heat galvanized pipes and 30,000 steel and plastic compound pressure pipes. About more details please see the tables as belows. All series of our products have passed the ISO9000 and 2000 International Quality Certification. We gained the permission of using the Monogram Licenses of API 5L and API 5CT in 2004. The scope of our products is related with the field of water, gas, steam, and also construction hardware for both industry and civil drinking supply. Meanwhile, pumping pipe for oil and gas also is our competitive strength.

Here, specially, we want to strongly introduce Gerui oil pipe Co., Ltd, which was invested by Lifengyuanda Steel Group with registered capital RMB10 billion.  There are one 50mm and 219mm production line have been doing commercial production. There are more two new production lines coming up, which one is 114 mm production line, this line is installing and testing, we suppose it will start commercial production at the early of next year. Another line is 340mm production line that we are constructing, hopefully, the formal production will be operated from next year. After all the three lines completion, our pipe production capacity will be from 60.3mm to 339.7mm with the international standard quality. In addition, for the wall thickness, we can produce 3mm to 14mm, and meanwhile we also had experience for producing OD 16mm pipe.
